Microgear.net Internet Services
provides Internet connections and services for business and personal use.
Although we are all advocates of free speech and abhor censorship, we have an
obligation to protect our reputation as well as those of our customers.
Understanding that the actions of an individual reflect upon a group, we have
adopted a Reasonable Use Policy. Any use of our services constitutes
acceptance of this policy.
Microgear.net reserves the right to
discontinue services or remove hosted pages without warning or statement of
cause. Determination of a violation of the reasonable use policy shall be at the
sole discretion of Microgear.net Internet Services.
Content
None of the following content is
acceptable for publication or distribution on a server at Microgear.net:

Any material which violates or infringes upon
any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, statutory, common law or
other proprietary rights of others;

Any material which might commonly be considered
indecent, lewd, obscene or pornographic;

Any material that is libelous or slanderous;

Any material that promotes illegal activities or
physical harm or injury against any group or individual;

Any material that includes blatant expressions
of bigotry, racism or hatred, or that is purposely offensive;

Any material that may negatively reflect on
Microgear.net or expose Provider to legal liability; or

Anonymous and/or unsolicited mass mailings.
Illegal Activities
Customers caught using this system for
illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access of remote
systems, credit or phone card fraud, theft, vandalism, or communication of
threats of violence, will have their accounts immediately canceled without
notice or refund of any fees.
Right to Refusal of Service
Microgear.net Internet Services
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without cause or justification or
recourse.
Microgear.net User Agreement
The User Agreement defines and governs
the terms of use by Client of services offered by Microgear.net Internet
Services. All Microgear.net customers are required to accept and comply with the
terms of this agreement while using this service.
