Final Adoption of Ordinance # 00-1 establishing reserved parking spaces for handicapped.

Amendment to Ordinance # 99-03 to amend and reenact sections 2 and 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Stonewall relative to motor vehicles; to provide for the speed limit on certain streets; to provide a scheduled fine for parking in areas reserved for handicapped parking; and to provide for related matters.
