Initial applications for hauling permits must be done in person at the Town Hall between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Thereafter, updated permits will be either faxed or mailed to you to sign and remit as they approach expiration dates.  Should your permit expire and lapse, the initial procedure must be repeated.
